The Ambassador Concierge Difference
You've booked your flight to China, reserved a room in a first-rate hotel, and scheduled meetings during the week. You've also set aside time to visit some sites and buy gifts for your family and friends.
Scenario 1 - Traveling Without Ambassador Concierge: You land in China, manage to retrieve your luggage and find your ride to the hotel. The following day you hire a driver to take you to your first meeting, but he gets lost, because the office building where you're meeting was just built in the past three months. The driver does not speak English so you have to call the hotel and have them give him directions. The meeting runs through lunch and you don't have much time to eat before the next one. You wish someone could recommend a reliable place where you could grab a quick bite. That evening you have dinner plans at a beautiful restaurant, and you try to explain to the waiter that you are allergic to certain types of food. He nods his head, you want to be respectful, but aren't quite sure if he understood, and just settle for something that looks safe. By the end of the week, you are tired and frustrated and can't wait to get home.
It doesn't have to be this way…
Scenario 2 - Traveling With Ambassador Concierge: Your plane arrives in China, we have arranged for a VIP airport service to meet you at your gate, escort you to customs, help you with your bags and lead you curbside, where a uniformed driver and sedan await you. While in transit towards the hotel, your Ambassador Concierge calls ahead to alert the reception desk of your arrival. After you check-in and get settled, your Ambassador Concierge meets you to review the week’s schedule. The following day you hop in the car, off to your first meeting. You are accompanied by your Ambassador Concierge, who has already mapped out the route and consulted with the driver. You arrive on time and the meeting goes well. Your Ambassador Concierge recommends a local restaurant where you have lunch with an associate before attending your afternoon meetings. That evening we arrange dinner at a popular restaurant, and the hostess, who has been informed of your food preferences, points out the items on the menu that do not contain the allergens which affect you. The day flies by, you get done what you need to get done, and you're ready to see some local sites. Your Ambassador Concierge has consulted with you and planned a wonderful visit to one of the many cultural heritage sites. You return home, satisfied that you've had a productive trip and enjoyed all that China has to offer.
