VIP Airport Meet & Greet Service – Our service starts as soon as you step off the aircraft, when a uniformed greeter meets you, escorts you through customs and helps you with your bags. As you leave the baggage claim area, your English-speaking Ambassador Concierge greets you and leads you curbside to a waiting sedan.
Expedited Hotel Check-In – Your Ambassador Concierge will escort you to the hotel and ensure you are afforded VIP treatment as you check in. We work closely with the business and luxury hotels in each city and are familiar with the staff, hotel amenities and surrounding area.
Local Mobile Phone – We have a local mobile phone available for you in the car or at the hotel if needed.
Getting Around – Navigating the traffic and new construction can be daunting and eat up hours of your precious time. Your Ambassador Concierge will have a GPS navigation system on-hand and can communicate with your driver to make sure you get to where you need to be, safely and on time.
Doing Business in China – Every culture has its own norms and standards of conducting business affairs. Ambassador Concierge can handle business matters in a professional manner and can be of assistance in building bridges between Western and Chinese business cultures, minimizing chances of misunderstandings or breakdowns in cross-cultural communication.
Restaurants – Need a recommendation for the right restaurant? Ambassador Concierge relies on a network of relationships with fine-dining establishments serving authentic Chinese, Italian, French and American cuisine. We will offer an array of options and make arrangements at a time and place that fits your schedule -— and appetite.
