With China experiencing an influx of visitors from all over the world, there is an increasing demand in the service sector for frontline professionals who possess the skills and capacity to accommodate a demanding and sophisticated international clientele.

In accordance with those needs, GAC has developed a unique Education and Training Program in Cross-Cultural Communication and Professional Presentation in accordance with best practices and internationally acceptable standards. This program has the endorsement of the World Travel & Tourism Council, the Travel Industry Association of America, and The World Travel Organization.

GAC has also partnered with the Tsinghua University's professional development program to offer its proprietary Education and Training Program in the School of Continuing Education. The course is offered to resourceful and reliable individuals who desire to advance their knowledge, understanding, and skill set in offering personalized, world-class service to international visitors to China. Each candidate for this course must have a high level of English proficiency, experience in customer relations or service industry, and a recommendation from a credible sponsor.
