We provide a personal assistant to business and leisure travelers in China. Our Ambassador Concierges serve as a translator and cultural guide, provide planning assistance, provides planning assistance with individual itineraries, and VIP access to restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences. Your Ambassador Concierge is a local expert and will handle the details of your itinerary while in China.
Getting Around – Navigating the traffic and new construction can be daunting and eat up hours of your precious time. Your Ambassador Concierge equipped with a GPS navigation system will communicate with your driver to make sure you get to your destination, safely and on time.
Doing Business in China – Every culture has its own norms and standards of conducting business affairs. Ambassador Concierge can handle business matters in a professional manner, provide translation, and can be of assistance in building bridges between Western and Chinese business cultures, minimizing chances of misunderstandings or breakdowns in cross-cultural communication.
Restaurants – Whether dining solo, entertaining Chinese business associates, or discovering local cuisines, Ambassador Concierge will provide appropriate suggestions, and assistance with an unfamiliar menu and local customary dining protocol. Through our local knowledge, and relationships with fine-dining establishments serving authentic Chinese, and global cuisines, we will make arrangements at a time and place that fits your schedule – and appetite.
Cultural Excursions – Whether a trip to the Great Wall, a walk along the Shanghai Bund, or taking in a cultural performance, Ambassador Concierge can arrange for tickets, transportation and a private expert guide where necessary, so that you can get the most out of your visit. As you travel about town, your Ambassador Concierge will share insights and background on Chinese culture, customs and history.
Personal Shopping – Maybe you want to find a special item you can’t get at home –— pearls, traditional Chinese clothing or a handbag. Perhaps you would like a custom-tailored suit or shirt from one of Shanghai's world-renowned haberdashers. Your Ambassador Concierge is familiar with local vendors, boutiques and fashion designers, and knows just the place to go for whatever you need, and where appropriate will assist in the colorful bargaining process!
Hotel arrangements – We work closely with the business and luxury hotels in each city and are familiar with the staff, hotel amenities and surrounding area. Upon arrival at your chosen hotel, we will ensure you are afforded VIP treatment.
